What to Plant in July for Zone 7B

Ok! So i had to do a lil homework cause I want to make sure I’m sharing the same information that I’m using.

Gardening is a year round activity. You might get a *slight* break between spring & summer planting, but once summer hits, its time together ready for the fall. So.. if you’re like me and want to get as much as you can out of your garden, here’s whats advised to plant in July for a later summer / fall harvest.

Beans, cucumbers, squash (any kind really) carrots, radishes, beets, are all plants you can put directly into the ground & you can start your cool weather crops like broccoli, cauliflower, and collard inside & get ready to put them out in August.

BTW, if you’re looking to figure out how to configure your garden beds, I created a companion planting poster to help you out! You can get yours here on the site!

I’ll see yall soon when I’m outside again!
